Individual Therapy

A forest, with sunlight filtering through a lush canopy

Some arrive in therapy in response to a crisis, such as relationship difficulty or breakdown, a bereavement, a health or workplace issue.

Others want to explore longer standing difficulties, such as anxiety, depression, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm and countless other issues.

Or it might be about sexuality and sexual identity, loneliness and isolation, living with neurodiversity, a chronic health issue or physical disability.

But always in the background familiar patterns and ways of coping are no longer working, and there is a sense that life could be better, which is not always easy to believe in, let alone describe or pin down.

I see therapy as a time and place to slow things down and navigate these difficulties as a natural turning point. An opportunity to recognise and begin to let go these old patterns, while also stepping forwards into a new life of resilience, meaning and satisfaction. If this seems like it could be a good fit, do get in touch and I’ll be happy to arrange an initial session.
